We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Data Analytics, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, along with a passion for analyzing data and training chatbots. Key Responsibilities ##Data Collection & Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives. Utilize Python and Data Science tools to uncover insights and trends. ##Reporting & Visualization Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and Advanced Excel (e. , Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP). Ensure accuracy and clarity in presenting data insights to stakeholders. ##Chatbot Training & Optimization Train, test, and fine-tune chatbot models to enhance user experience and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot objectives and content. ##Data Interpretation & Recommendations Interpret complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations to drive decision-making. ##Process Automation Optimize and automate recurring data-related tasks and reporting processes. ##Data Governance Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
